Personal data

All information about the processing of personal data of customers and other persons using the Store's website can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Conclusion of a sales contract, customer account
The Store allows you to purchase goods (hereinafter "Goods") displayed on the Store's website in two modes:
without registration;
with creating an account in the Store.
In both cases, in order to place an order, you must select the Goods in the Store, add them to the "Cart" using the appropriate button and continue the ordering procedure by selecting the appropriate options (delivery and payment method).
Information about the goods in the Store, i.e. descriptions and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a sales contract within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code, in accordance with the terms of the Regulations.
The condition for placing an order is to complete in the order form all required data necessary for shipping and possibly (at the customer's request) also data for generating a VAT invoice.
If the customer decides to create an account in the Store (hereinafter "Account"), the registration is one-time, and the e-mail address and password chosen by the customer are the basis for subsequent login. Details of the digital Account management service provided by the Seller are available below Account Regulations. The Store allows you to log in to the Account also via social media and/or a user account in the Google system. After logging in to the Account, the customer has access to the history of his orders, and for subsequent orders he does not have to fill out the order form again with his personal data.
The customer may resign from having an account at any time without incurring any costs. To do this, please send your resignation to the following e-mail address: wooddogpl@gmail.com.
The customer's confirmation of the order using the "Buy and pay" button (or another equivalent button) means:
submitting an offer to the Seller to purchase the Goods in accordance with the options selected in the order and in accordance with these Regulations,
acceptance of the obligation to pay the price of the Goods and the costs of their delivery.
A sales contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is concluded when the Seller accepts the order for execution (acceptance of the customer's offer), of which the Seller informs by e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order for execution.
If it is impossible to complete the order for the Goods (in whole or in part), the Seller will inform the customer about this - then the Agreement is not concluded. At the same time, the Seller will inform the customer about the existing possibilities of other ways of fulfilling the order, e.g. partial fulfillment of the order or waiting for the Seller to replenish the stock. If the order has been previously paid by the customer and is not possible to complete, the Seller will immediately return the payments made to the customer (according to the scope of the order cancellation).
The Seller provides the customer with confirmation of the conclusion of the Agreement on a durable medium at the latest at the time of delivery of the Goods.
The store is not liable for non-delivery of the order or delay in its delivery resulting from the customer providing an incomplete/incorrect delivery address or failure to provide other data necessary to complete the order.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend the execution of the order in a situation where the customer has provided false data or when these data raise reasonable doubts as to their correctness. In such a case, the Seller (if possible) will attempt to contact the customer to verify the accuracy of the data provided
Prices and payment methods
The prices of the Goods are given in Euro (EUR) and in the gross amount, i.e. including VAT.
The cost of delivery of the Goods is provided separately in the Store's basket, depending on the delivery method, weight of ordered products and shipping country chosen by the customer.
Available payment methods are described on the Store's website in the "Payment methods" tab and are presented to the customer at the stage of placing the order (in the basket).
Online payments in the Store are handled by the payment provider:
Bank transfer to account
Payment for the order should be made within 7 days of placing it. In the absence of payment within the above-mentioned deadline, the Agreement is deemed not to have been concluded. The previous sentence does not apply to situations where the Seller offers customers deferred payment/payment in installments through an external partner.
Goods delivery
Delivery of Goods takes place via a courier company.
The order is considered completed when the shipment is sent to the customer (the shipment is entrusted to the carrier responsible for transportation). The exact actual delivery date is determined by the carrier.
The goods are shipped by the Seller within 14 business days, unless a different date is clearly specified in the product description when the customer places the order. Detailed lead times are provided on the Store's website in the "Order fulfillment time" tab.
The Seller normally handles orders in Poland, once the costs indicated on the Store's website in the "Delivery time and costs" tab are covered. Shipping abroad is possible at cover of the costs indicated when finalizing the order (delivery costs vary depending on the weight of the ordered products and the country of delivery) or costs individually agreed with the customer.

A customer who is a consumer or entrepreneur referred to in Art. 7aa of the Act on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta; hereinafter referred to as the "Privileged Entrepreneur") has the statutory right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of Goods within 14 days of its receipt, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions referred to below.
